interactive, kinetic Light-Installation
Bodhira was initiated and mechanically constructed by my dear friend Daniel Baer in 2024. He is also the project owner, and any booking requests should be directed to him. Originally, it was designed for an electronic music festival called Klangtherapie, near Nuremberg.
About two months before the festival, I joined the project to assist Daniel with the final setup and to program the installation. I developed a TouchDesigner-based LED mapping and live control system, allowing lighting operators to control the installation via a touchscreen or a lighting console.
After receiving great feedback from festival visitors, we decided to evolve the installation concept into an exhibition mode. As Hadihopsasa, we developed an interactive audiovisual concept for Bodhira. I was responsible for the lighting and interaction programming, as well as the audio integration.
